Delegate Registration

  • Online/ offline registration
  • Register form restrict duplicate entry 
  • Can request Accommodation, Tour, Transport
  • After successful register, delegate can get a account user id, password 
  • After login their own account user can make payment through online
  • By delegate login, delegate can know their details like payment, accommodation allotted, tour allotted, transport allotted, tentative program, etc.

Visitor Registration

  • Online registration
  • Can request accommodation, tour, Transport (optional)
  • After successful register, visitor can get a account user id, password (optional)
  • After login their own account user can make payment through online (optional)
  • By visitor login, can know their details like payment, accommodation allotted, tour allotted, transport allotted, tentative program, etc. (optional)

Speaker Registration

  • Online/ offline registration
  • Can request accommodation, tour, Transport
  • After successful register, visitor can get a account user id, password
  • After login their own account user can make payment through online
  • By speaker login, can know their details like approval status for speaker registration, presenting time & hall details, payment, accommodation allotted, tour allotted, transport allotted, tentative program, etc.

Paper Presentation Registration

  • Online/ offline registration
  • Can request accommodation, tour, Transport
  • Aafter successful register, visitor can get a account user id, password
  • After login their own account user can make payment through online
  • By paper presenter login, can know their details like approval status for paper present confirmation, paper presenting hall & timing, payment, accommodation allotted, tour allotted, transport allotted, tentative program, etc.

Exhibitor Registration

  • Online/ offline registration
  • Can request accommodation, tour, Transport (optional)
  • After successful register, visitor can get a account user id, password
  • After login their own account user can select their stall by exhibition layout & make payment based upon select stalls through online
  • By Exhibitor login, can know their details like approval status for stall confirmation, payment, accommodation allotted, tour allotted, transport allotted, tentative program, etc.

Souvenir Registration

    • Online/offline registration
    • After successful register, can select advertising page no, advertising size
    • Based upon size & page, amount will be calculated, user can make payment through online

Allotment

  • Accommodation Allotment - Can allot accommodation for requested users by bulk & single arrangement (designation, state, age wise).
  • Transport Allotment – can allot Transport by Designation wise
  • Tour Allotment – can allot tour transport by age wise
  • Speaker allotment – can allot speaker by topic category wise, designation wise
  • Paper presenter allotment – can allot presenter by topic category wise, designation wise
  • Program allotment – can allot program by Day & timing wise
  • Budget allotment – can allot some amount for each committee or group for event expenses purpose

Email / SMS announcement 

      • Can send email/ sms alerts to registered user regarding payment details, arrangement details, program details, & etc.

Budget

      • Procurement – committee or group member can make a procurement request for their chairman or committee head. after get approval from chairman, member can proceed for further actions
      • Invoice – after approval of procurement only, user can use invoice form. Successful invoice details will be forwarded to treasurer.
      • Payment – based upon invoice, treasurer can make payment against the invoice
      • Receipt – successful payment made delegate, visitor, exhibitors, souvenir, paper presenter, speakers receipts will be generate here.

Reports

    • User can get instant reports from our application, results can be export by pdf, word, excel formats
